bt393 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bt393 ("we", "us", "the platform"). They apply to all use of the bt393 website, mobile app, and any services offered through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or feature on bt393, you confirm that you have read these Terms fully and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional policies published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use bt393. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. If bt393 has reason to believe that an account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and an age verification process will be initiated. Funds held in accounts confirmed to belong to minors may be withheld.

Registration Process

To create a bt393 account, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. This includes your name, contact details, and any other information requested during the sign-up process. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is truthful and up to date.

One Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold one bt393 account only. Registering multiple accounts – whether under the same identity or different names – is strictly prohibited. This includes using different phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods to create additional accounts. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonus funds associated with them will be voided.

Account Verification

bt393 may request identity verification at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Verification may require a copy of a valid national identity document (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction until the process is completed.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your bt393 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, games played, and any other actions carried out while logged in to your account.

Login Credentials

Your username and password are personal and must not be shared with anyone else. bt393 staff will never ask you for your password. If you believe that your account has been accessed by someone else, you must notify bt393 support immediately and change your password. bt393 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the account holder has failed to keep credentials secure.

Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account information current. If your contact details, payment method, or any other registered information changes, you must update your account accordingly. bt393 may use the contact information on file to communicate important account updates, policy changes, or verification requests.

Account Currency

All bt393 accounts operate in PKR. The platform does not support multi-currency accounts. Deposits are received in PKR, balances are held in PKR, and withdrawals are processed in PKR only.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

bt393 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed in the cashier section of the platform and may vary by payment method.

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered to your own account. bt393 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's identity, the deposit may be reversed and the account reviewed.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount which is displayed in the cashier. Processing times vary by method – JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer requests.

Pending Bonuses

If your account holds an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, you may not be able to withdraw until the wagering condition is met. You may choose to forfeit the bonus in order to proceed with a withdrawal, but this cannot be reversed once confirmed.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

bt393 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket, including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series, and ICC tournaments, as well as football, esports, and other markets. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

bt393 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a market has been suspended due to an external event, or where there is evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of a result already known (match fixing, inside information). Voided bets are returned to your account balance.

Casino & Live Casino

Casino games, live dealer tables, slots, bingo, and fish games operate under their own individual game rules which are displayed within each game. Results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) for non-live games and by live dealer actions for live casino tables. bt393 does not manipulate outcomes.

Insufficient Funds

Bets cannot be placed if your account balance is insufficient to cover the stake. bt393 does not extend credit to players. You may only bet with funds that are currently available in your account balance.

Technical Issues

In the event of a technical fault during a game or bet, the outcome will be determined based on the recorded server state at the time of the fault. bt393 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end. If a game cannot be completed due to a platform-side fault, the stake will be returned.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bt393 offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload promotions, and other time-limited offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be displayed at the time the bonus is presented or claimed.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on bt393 carry a wagering requirement – a multiple of the bonus amount that must be bet before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is strictly prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse. bt393 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.

Forfeiting a Bonus

You may forfeit an active bonus at any time through your account settings. Once forfeited, the bonus and any winnings generated from bonus funds will be removed from your balance. This action cannot be undone. Any real-money balance held separately from the bonus will remain unaffected.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

bt393 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in bet voidance, balance forfeiture, and permanent account closure:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error will be voided.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hands in live casino, or abuse multi-account strategies.
• Placing bets with knowledge of a predetermined or already known outcome (match fixing, insider information).
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity during account verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bt393 staff or other platform users.

bt393 actively monitors account activity and uses automated and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bt393 will take appropriate action which may include immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

8 Privacy & Data

bt393 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bt393.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and platform improvement. bt393 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and verification service providers where necessary to operate the platform.

You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion subject to any legal obligations bt393 may have to retain certain records. Contact bt393 support to make a data request.

9 Limitation of Liability

bt393 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain consistent availability and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

bt393 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or browser incompatibility on the player's side.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or bonus terms.
• Decisions made by payment providers regarding transaction processing times or fees.

Nothing in these Terms limits bt393's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10 Suspension & Account Closure

bt393 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if:

• A breach of these Terms is detected or suspected.
• The account is found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering is detected.
• A chargeback or payment dispute is filed without genuine cause.
• The account is found to be a duplicate of an existing registered account.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus balance and wagering-ineligible funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances held separately from bonuses will generally be returned to the account holder's verified payment method after review, unless forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the breach.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting bt393 support. Any pending bets will be settled normally. After settlement, your remaining balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Once an account is closed, re-registration may be subject to a cooling-off period.

11 Changes to Terms

bt393 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes may reflect updates to platform features, payment methods, bonus structures, or applicable policies. When material changes are made, bt393 will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the contact information held on their accounts.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the bt393 platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
